YOUR FIRST VISIT
New Patient Information
Your first visit is a conversation. You will meet with a provider to talk about your concerns and goals, review your health history and learn about the options that may fit you.
To make the most of your visit, bring a list of any medications and supplements you take, along with any questions you have. Our team will let you know if there is anything else to prepare for your service.
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
Aftercare Instructions
Aftercare depends on the treatment and the area treated. Your provider will go over what is normal afterward, what to avoid for a short time and when to call us.
Always follow the instructions your provider gives you for your specific treatment. If you have a concern after your visit, or something does not feel right, contact our office. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
